Day 2...RELAXATION...

After an all day Blizzard Beach adventure, we decided to take Day 2 off and enjoy our resort pool and all the activities that they had to offer. Our great friends the Parsleys were also vacationing with us, so we ALL had a great time just being lazy AND sunning.:)

DAY 3 IS JUST AROUND THE CORNER! 

DISNEY WORLD SUMMER VACATION 2012...DAY 1..."BLIZZARD BEACH"

After spending a GREAT 4 days in Destin, we then headed to Orlando for a week.  Of course when we ask the girls every year where they would like to vacation at, GUESS WHAT "always" gets yelled?!?!  DISNEY WORLD!!!  So WHY NOT...HERE WE GO AGAIN!!! :)

We stayed at Summer Bay Resorts where there where tons of things for the kids to do. 

We began our marathon at Blizzard Beach....the weather was perfect and we all had a wonderful day.  Here is some photos of our day:)

 Against my good judgement as a mother, I had to turn my head to watch my baby do this....see how far she is from touching the ground?!?!  However, she met the requirements and dad said she couldn't be left out.  She did it OVER AND OVER AGAIN!

After a LONG...FULL...DAY at the water park, they couldn't wait to get baths, snuggle in their princess pjs, and get some rest.  Dad and I was exhausted!

HELLO OUT THERE.....WE ARE STILL ALIVE...

PLEASE tell me you haven't forgot about me and you still want to be my blogger buddy!!!  I know it seems like we have fallen off the edge of the earth.:(  I hear it all the time from lots of family and friends....UMMM...Do you know it has been over a year since you blogged?!?  Please forgive me...I promise I am going to try and do better!  SO, since it has been over a year, AND I have NOT recorded some important happenings in our family...I am just going to start with Summer Vacation 2012 and try to backtrack.  SO.... Here is trying to be a better blogger!! :) SIGH.

At the end of May we ventured to Destin for 4 days to try to get in some relaxation before our Disney World Marathon.  We stayed at the Emerald Grande Resort and had a fabulous time! It was a beautiful resort and the ammenties were fabulous....Here is some proof:)

Last BUT not least...I don't think my girls would care if our rooms in our condo were clean, spacious, etc....BUT, they always judge our condo by the animals that are left for us.  They give this resort a 10 because Hallie says the elephant was perfect.  I am a little sad because I don't have any family beach pics to share, but it was extremly windy and NO ONE (with the exception of me..sniff..sniff) wanted to get dressed up.  Kyle promises when we go back to the beach in the Fall he will grant that wish for me. 

One more VERY IMPORTANT THING TO SHARE....on our first day of vacation, Wyndam Timeshare Resorts (the time share we own in), had a contest where you could write a short story about your most memorable family vacation and enter to to WIN a weeks vacation...all inclusive...to any of their resorts in the world.  For those of you reading who went to ECHS...I put my Mrs. Campbell skills to the test and wrote my heart out.  GUESS WHAT.....I WON!!!!  Now, the real hard part is trying to decide where I want to go....
