One 2yr old + One Big Purple Dinosaur and His Friends=One "FUN" night of singing and dancing

To say I am WAY behind on my blogging would be an "understatement!" However, in the last few months lots of other things have taken precedence over my interest in blogging. I DO promise real soon to do some "ketcup" though. But, for now since I have a little time I am going to do a quick post to share some photos of an exciting event in Hannah Claire's life. I really thought we were going to escape the Big Purple Dinosaur love this go around (Hallie was in major LOVE with him and BJ), but boy was I WRONG! About 3months ago while my husband was at a late night board meeting, I was running around like a chicken with my head cut off trying to get dinner done, clothes washed, homework done, baths, all of these things while packing a 2 yr old around on my hip. I just had an instant thought to put in a Barney DVD and see if that would give me about 15 minutes of sanity. YES...YES...It worked wonders, and NOW she can't get enough of him and his friends. Believe you me, I tried this over a year ago and just like every other DVD I put in, she had NO interest.
So, this all leads up to me checking my email one day and there being one from TicketMaster about Barney's Birthday Bash coming to Nashville on Feb. 19th. I knew my baby would LOVE It, so I clicked on it and within 10 minutes we had plans. She loved it, and I have to admit that I had a GREAT time too! I did my fair share of singing and dancing too. For all you moms out there that have Barney Fans, I would definitely recommend it! We had great seats and made some wonderful memories! Today, she has an ear infection and the stomach yucks, but hopefully after our trip to Urgentcare, an antibiotic, and some good rest she will be on the mend soon. Hope you enjoy the PHOTOS!
