I can't believe my baby is already 5 weeks old!
Kyle decided earlier this week that he thought I needed to get out of the house and change up my scenery. He had suggested that we take Papa's camper up to Nolin for a night and enjoy the Fall scenery. At first I wasn't fond of the idea because of Hannah being so young and completely shot it down. The whole time my motherly instinct was saying, "Why do I want to take a 5 week old baby camping?" Then I told myself, it is not like we are sleeping in a pop-up tent with no heat and running water, all those accomidations are there just as if I was sitting at home. Then, I decided to give it a try because I knew my sweet husband was trying to do something nice for me and my family. Our friends, the Parsley's, were also camping this weekend and we were able to get sites right across the road from each other. We had a wonderful time! Kyle and Brian took the older girls to the playground, to a pottery making class, and helped them paint pumpkins. They kept them occupied outdoors, and Heather and I kept the little ones inside and just socialized, watched movies, and drank hot chocolate. We watched the movie "27 dresses" and it is a must see! It was only a one night getaway, but I definitely enjoyed myself and the relaxation that I had. The weeks have been flying by, and it is hard to believe that Hannah is already 5 weeks old. She is such a good baby! Well, I have to give Kyle an A+ for effort and his idea! What better way could I have spent my Saturday than spending time with my sweet family and friends. Hope you enjoy the photos!

I am glad that you had a good time! The thing that I think makes me so reluctant to go anywhere overnight is all the stuff that you have to take -- pretty much your entire house! But, once we get there, I really enjoy being out of the house! Hannah is so pretty!
Your trip sounds like so much fun! How cool that the girls could have a pottery lesson while camping :) Hannah is a doll!
Sounds like so much fun! Hallie looked like she was having a blast, and I can't believe how Hannah has grown!!
Loved the pictures. Hannah is growing, and I can see some changes in the pictures. Maybe I can see her "in person" sometime soon. Glad you enjoyed the camping trip, as for me, I am not a fan of camping. Although, my husband and daughter love it! Thanks for sharing!!!
That looks like so much fun! I can't believe believe Hannah is already 5 weeks old! Wow!
Looks like fun! I loved "27 Dresses" too. Hallie and Hannah are two little sweeties!
Hum....camping, beautiful scenery, a loving husband, 2 beautiful girls, and awesome friends...sounds like a perfect time to me. Glad you decided to go with the idea! You are one lucky gal!
I'm glad you had fun! It's a must to get out of the house sometimes!!
That is great that you got out and enjoyed yourself! Us girls have to do that from time to time even with little ones! Cute pictures!
Sounds like fun. We went camping a lot when I was little and I always loved it!
