Happy Anniversary!

Although I am a little late with this post, I sure didn't want to let this special day go unannounced! October 7,2008, was our 8th anniversary! Although it seems like I have known this guy forever since we dated all through high school and college (9 whole years!) off and on with a few tiffs here and and there, I can honestly say our life together just keeps getting better. There has been many mountains to climb and it sure hasn't been a bed of roses all the time, but we have survived and are looking forward to many more years together. We celebrated our special night by us and our special girls venturing out to O'Charley's for dinner. It was so good, and I ate until I thought I could have popped (but honestly who can eat just one of those delicious rolls?) With a newborn, we are not getting out very much, so I was so thrilled to get out for a good dinner. After dinner, mommy despirately needed her hair cut, so dad sit in the car with the girls while I ran into Sun Suites to get my hair cut. He was a real champ about this, because normally he doesn't like to venture out with me for haircuts or getting my nails done, but he said since it was our anniversary he would make the exception this time. He would much rather stay at home with the girls and let me go on my own. We had a really good night, and I truly thank God for all my blessings! I thank him for another year of good health and for watching over my family and children! I posted a picture of us on our wedding day, one before going out to dinner, and another of my two precious girls on our special night. We feel so priviliged to have been chosen as their mommy and daddy!
