Dreaming!

Hannah enjoying her green beans!

I am sooo in love with this little girl...

Look how she has changed since the day we brought her home from the hospital

Hallie's way of putting daddy down for a nap

I don't know about you guys, but I am so ready for Spring that I am screaming it! I came across the first picture of Hallie sleeping in the shade when we were in Cancun two years ago, and I couldn't help but wish I was on a plane headed some where warm right now, this very minute! I also included a picture of the resort we stayed at, the Moon Palace, just because it made me feel a little better to think back on that vacation. It just seemed to bring sunshine into my day, but when I stepped outside for a little while this afternoon, reality hit that Old Man Winter is still hanging around. This week has been extremely busy for Kyle and I, and the last part of the week I ended up with bronchitis. Thanks to my good friend Heather Parsley, I am feeling much better this afternoon. On Tuesday, Kyle and I managed to go out for a date night, or a quick trip to O'Charley's for dinner. It was great to have some time together, but when I am away from my babies, they are still on my mind. Uncle Adam and Aunt Emily came over to sit with the girls, and Hallie said she had the best time. She loves Aunt Emily because she lets her do whatever she wants with her hair, and she thinks she is so "cool". Uncle Adam also made the "cool" list because he got in the hot tub with her while we were gone. Last weekend, we had our 2nd official GNO and once again we had a blast. Our group has grown from 7 to 19! Wow, the more the merrier! I loved getting to see some girls that I hadn't seen in a while, and once again I really enjoyed myself. We met at El Mazatlan for dinner, then went to Starbucks for some coffee and hot chocolate, and then went to see "Confessions of a Shopaholic." Great Movie! I love to spend time with friends and in this day and time we need each other. The ride home was a little slick, but we survived like pros. My little Hannah is enjoying any baby food that I stick in her mouth, and she is such a good baby. You guys may get tired of hearing that, but I am not kidding. She just goes along with whatever comes her way, and always wears a smile. I included a photo of her green bean face from lunch today, and just a couple of photos that shows how much she has changed in the last 5 months. The last photo is how I found Kyle when I woke up this afternoon. I hadn't been feeling well this weekend, so Kyle has been the chef, the laundry fairy, and the great all "american" dad. Today he and Hallie went to church and Hannah and I stayed home. When he got home we had lunch and then I took my medicine and laid down. When I woke up, the last picture is how I found him. Hallie had put him to bed in a very girlie way. Notice Hannah's boppy around his neck and the princess blanket. This guy will never survive in a house full of girls!

Hope your feeling better soon. It's hard when Mommy gets sick, but thank goodness for good Daddies! He seems to be a good sport with all the girlie stuff! The pictures are adorable, as always:)

Mexico here I come!!! I was ready to book a family vacation to Moon Palace as soon as I saw those pics. Did Hallie enjoy it?
Hope you are feeling better soon.
Shawna,
To answer your question...Hallie loved it! We all loved it! The Moon Palace is the most awesome resort and has the best spa. We took Hallie to a water park near the resort and she had the best time. A great family vacation to do nothing but relax in the sun.
Hey Staff...LOVE the new background! I would have used it myself if it wasn't so girly :) That site is getting some cuter backgrounds on it, and I check it regularly for any updates. Love it :)
GNO was a blast!!! Love my family with all my heart, but it is sooo nice just to hang out with the girls sometimes. Speaking of girls, your two little ones are adorable! We stayed at the Aventura Palace (AWESOME place), and plan on going back soon. Moon palace looks nice too.
I love the picture of Hallie! I can't wait for warm weather to stay!
